After the surgeon has pushed the second tube back into your scrotum, it's time to finish off. Surprisingly, no stitches are made in the original incision. Instead, the incision is just clamped tightly for several moments (top photo). If you are particularly observant, you will notice stitches being made (in the bottom photo). There was a slight diversion after cutting the first tube. Apparently there was slight bleedng from one of the blood vessels which required some attention and a stitch which dissolves in a few days.
