After the surgeon has pushed the first cut tube back into your scrotum, he looks for the second one through the same incision.
He does not make a second incision.
And the second tube is cut in exactly the same way as the first tube.
The black bits you can see in some of these photographs are where the cauterising "stick" burns the tubes to a crisp.
There's also an extra piece of gauze in these photos, and that's because there was slightly more bleeding than expected, due to a slight complication described on the next page.
